These terms apply to your use of https://gta.facelessshortsai.com and your purchase of the GTA VI Creator Launch Kit (the "Kit"). The site is operated by Faceless Shorts AI ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the Kit you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

The Kit is a digital product: PDF documents and a spreadsheet, delivered as downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. The price shown at checkout is in Indian Rupees and is the full price you pay.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Kit for your own channel or channels. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

3. No guaranteed results

The Kit is educational. It does not guarantee views, subscribers, monetization approval, sponsorships or income. Results depend on your content, consistency, competition, platform changes and other factors outside our control.

4. Not affiliated

The Kit is an independent, unofficial guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, YouTube, Google, Instagram or Meta. Grand Theft Auto and GTA VI are trademarks of their owners. You are responsible for following the content policies of the game publisher and of every platform you publish on.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

6. Refunds

All sales are final, with the exceptions set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Delivery

8. Accuracy

Facts about the game and about platform rules were checked against official sources on the dates stated in the Kit. They can change. Check the official pages before you rely on them.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
